Administration and Finance (A&F) is responsible for the planning, management, and accountability of San Francisco State University's financial, physical, human, information technology, and residential resources.

Ronald S. Cortez, Vice President & Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the following Administration & Finance departments:  Audit & Advisory Services; Budget Administration & Operations; Information Technology Services; Fiscal Affairs; Enterprise Risk Management; Environmental Health & Safety; Human Resources; Physical Planning & Development; Capital Planning, Design & Construction; Facilities & Service Enterprises; University Property Management / Housing; and Office of Sustainability.
