Objective:
To ensure that appropriate resources are directed toward meeting the requirement of proper operations and maintenance of the campus physical plant.
Statement:
The Policy was created in accordance with Executive Order No. 847, to provide services required for ongoing, routine operations and maintenance of buildings including routine custodial services. In addition, this Policy delegates the responsibility to department levels and requires the departments’ designated personnel to maintain and implement the program as on going and appropriate.
