Business Operations

Business Operations division is focused on implementing innovative programs that elevate the reputation of SF State, provide a positive employee experience, and result in lasting change and sustainable savings. Business Operations encompasses departments that provide services across the campus:  Mail Room, Shipping & Receiving, Procurement & Support Services, Environment Health & Safety, Policy Management & Compliance, and Quality Assurance. The division also provides support for the Audit Risk and Compliance Committees (ARC), Policy Governance, and Enterprise Risk Management efforts.
